When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account through Shopify APIs, including:

• Fulfillment orders and fulfillment information

• Customer events
• Checkout information
• Product and product listing information

• Themes and script tags
• Merchant-managed fulfillment orders

The App does not independently collect personal information outside of Shopify APIs.

We collect personal information directly through your Shopify account.

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to:

• Provide analytics and reporting functionality
• Operate, maintain, and improve the App
• Generate dashboards, reports, and insights
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues
• Communicate with merchants regarding support or operational matters
• Ensure the security and reliability of the Service

We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or behavioral advertising purposes.

We may share your personal information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate and improve the App, including:

• Google Cloud for infrastructure and hosting
• CubeJS for analytics infrastructure
• PostHog for product analytics and application monitoring
• Anthropic for AI-powered processing and analysis features
• OpenAI for AI-powered processing and analysis features

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

When a merchant uninstalls the App, associated data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
